Return to Body: Flow and Reiki

This gentle group experience blends slow, mindful movement, breath awareness, and energy work. The movement is low-impact, intuitive, and accessible to all bodies and experience levels. Many people say the movement feels similar to qi gong — flowing, grounding, and deeply relaxing.

During the session, each participant will also receive personalized Reiki energy healing and subtle tuning fork sound healing to help release tension, restore balance, and support the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate.

This is not a workout or a traditional class — it’s a space to slow down, reconnect, and return to your body. Come move, breathe, and receive.
