We have been fortunate that longtime wine club member Ann V. has been collecting and organizing Gary’s Monthly Club Recipes for over 30 years! She was kind enough to share the book with us, and now we want to celebrate with a very special wine dinner. Chef will recreate a selection of these famed recipes (perhaps with his own twist!) paired with our staff’s wine pairings!
