Retro Move 'n' Tone
Lo-Impact Hi-Energy Fitness Class
For those of us who enjoyed fitness classes back in the day!
Join me for 45 minutes of classic aerobics and lower-body toning, set to music from the 80s and 90s.
Expect familiar moves, great tunes and a chance to work up a sweat. Low impact with plenty of energy.
No equipment needed. Bring a drink and wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
Cycling shorts, oversized T-shirts and slouch socks welcome.
Leotards optional haha.... I'm off to dig mine out ;-)
