RETRO DOLL MODEL ACADEMY is a Creative Director–led modeling intensive designed workshop for aspiring high-fashion models seeking placement in runway shows, editorial campaigns, photoshoots, and curated brand activations.
Led by Hannah Be, Founder & Creative Director of Retrospect Vintage Fashion, this program develops models according to real casting standards — not hobby modeling techniques.
Participants will train in:
• Runway discipline and couture pacing
• Editorial posing and camera intelligence
• Installation and live art performance modeling
• Fashion row etiquette and luxury brand alignment
• Professional conduct required for paid opportunities
This is a structured, performance-based training environment. Models are coached under creative-direction expectations used in real fashion productions and cultural installations.
Participants who demonstrate discipline, presence, and alignment may be considered for future Retro Doll placements, fashion shows, installations, and brand campaigns.
Capacity is intentionally limited to maintain casting-level standards.
This program is intended for serious talent ready to model at a higher level.
