Retro Doll Master Class – Fashion, Media & Editorial Certification

The Retro Doll Master Class is designed for high-level runway, editorial publication, and media environments. The Retro Doll Master Class is a mandatory professional certification intensive required for placement consideration in upcoming Retro Doll Haus fashion shows, editorial productions, and media appearances.

This proprietary training program was developed and is led by Creative Director and Celebrity Stylist Hannah Be, Founder of Retro Doll Haus and Retrospect Vintage Fashion.

This is not an open runway workshop.
This is the official onboarding and certification process into the Retro Doll production ecosystem.

Many aspire to become a Doll.
Few understand what it requires.

This Master Class defines the standard.

During this 2-hour certification intensive, participants receive guided training in the technical, behavioral, and professional expectations required to operate within high-level runway, publication, and media environments.

Models are trained directly by leadership and senior Dolls in preparation for:

• Fashion show participation
• Editorial publications
• Media appearances
• High-profile public-facing events

This is immersive training in both performance and professionalism.

Participants receive instruction in:

• Media presence and interview readiness
• On-set conduct and production hierarchy
• Professional communication with designers, photographers, and creative teams
• Runway walk refinement and garment control
• Editorial posing and seamless modeling transitions
• Quick-change strategy and backstage etiquette
• Call sheet literacy (how to read and execute production documents)
• Introduction to Retro Doll Haus standards and expectations
• Character embodiment and brand representation
• Social media etiquette and public-facing professionalism

This program covers both front-of-house performance and behind-the-scenes industry protocol.

You will learn not only how to walk — but how to operate.

Retro Doll Master Class training includes comprehensive runway mechanics, posing fundamentals, editorial transitions, garment movement control, and structured modeling transitions necessary for live production environments.

Participants develop communication protocol, on-set conduct standards, and media presence required to engage effectively with designers, photographers, production teams, and press representatives.

Participants receive guided instruction in embodying the Retro Doll model character — a defined aesthetic and behavioral standard specific to Retro Doll Haus productions.

All participating models are required to complete this training to ensure consistency, discipline, and readiness within our productions.

This is not simply a runway workshop — it is a comprehensive introduction to the operational structure of fashion and media environments.

Completion of the Retro Doll Master Class qualifies participants for casting consideration in upcoming fashion shows, publications, and media placements.

Certification reflects readiness.

Final placement is determined by performance evaluation and production needs.
