Learn the Afro-Brazilian art form of Capoeira, as well as some of the elements that make part of this practice! This class will experiment with body movement, martial arts, live music, song lyrics, and the connection of all these elements in a capoeira circle (roda). This class will challenge participants to explore new ways of moving and perceiving, nurturing our sense of connection, self-confidence, and community.
