Before the heat of the summer builds a fast-paced momentum in your life, take 1 day to rejuvenate yourself and enter the new season feeling grounded and focused.
This one day yoga retreat will have an emphasis on listening to your inner wisdom to build confidence and excitement for the life you are creating. These 6 hours will be well rounded and include yoga practices, mindful meditations, yoga philosophy, journaling & intention setting, and (weather permitting), time in nature at Memorial Park.
Please bring:
A lunch for a mindful eating meditation (and other snacks are welcome with a mini fridge and microwave on site)
A notebook
