Retirement Village Law Reforms: Operator Information Session

Please join us for an information session for operators about the South Australian retirement village law reforms that come into effect on 2 February 2026.
This is your chance to hear from the Hon Nat Cook MP, Minister for Seniors and Ageing Well and Vanessa Clarke, Chief Retirement Villages Officer, about the new laws and how they affect retirement village operators.
Please submit any questions you have regarding the Amendment Act to [email protected] no later than Friday 14 November 2025, and put "Operator Information Session Questions" in the subject line, and we shall aim to address these on the day.
DATES FOR THE DIARY: The Retirement Villages Unit will be hitting the road between 24 November - 12 December 2025 (Regional SA - operators and residents) and 12 - 23 January 2026 (Metro, residents only) and hosting information sessions for operators and residents across the state. More information to come.
