As our Member Service Representative Manager, she has led a fleet of incredible tellers while creating the welcoming, member-first experience so many of you know and love.
Through rebrands, core processing changes, and decades of growth, Diane has been a steady, trusted leader. For countless members, she’s more than a familiar face. She’s someone who remembers your stories, celebrates your milestones, and truly cares.
