This day came from seeing the same thing over and over: women who knew something needed to change but couldn't find the time, the space, or the right support to work out what that
actually meant.
This day is that space. A full day, a small group, and a structure that works on both levels, the mental and the physical, because you cannot shift one without the other.

Sharon is an IPHM-accredited life coach with a background spanning psychology, CBT, NLP, mindfulness, and somatic healing.
She has spent five years working with women on the psychology of change, helping them understand what is keeping them where they are and what it actually takes to shift it. The work is practical, honest, and grounded in real client experience. Every qualification is practised, not just held.
𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐭
Clare works with women who are exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, using Reiki, Sound Healing, Reflexology, Yoga Nidra, Hatha Yoga, and Meditation to help the body do what it already knows how to do: rest, reset, and restore.
Her work is not about adding more to an already full life. It is about creating the space to put something down. Every practice Clare offers is underpinned by proper training and years of experience working with real people in real situations. What actually creates lasting change, and how to apply it. The Unstuck Method framework runs through this session, and every woman leaves with one clear thing to take forward. Not

To settle everyone into the day properly, rather than arriving with the head still somewhere else.

No experience needed and nothing to believe in. Clare guides the group through a collective practice that releases tension and restores balance. It tends to be the session that surprises
people most.
𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐍𝐢𝐝𝐫𝐚
The afternoon centrepiece. Sound Healing uses carefully chosen instruments to create sustained tones that the body absorbs as much as the ears hear, producing a deep relaxation response most people have never experienced before.
Combined with Yoga Nidra, sometimes called yogic sleep, Clare guides the group to a level of rest that research suggests can be as restorative as several hours of sleep. It is the kind of thing that has to be experienced to be understood.
