Come and learn about how you can keep Retention & Employee Engagement in the workplace at our Professional Development Series Session 3. Presented by Laila Keysor and Madeleine Southard of Wegmans. Our speakers will discuss specific strategies used to create an inclusive, fun environment with a strong focus on employee involvement and engagement.
Madeleine Southard is currently the HR Director for Wegmans Syracuse division. She has 22 years with the company and has held a variety of roles in pharmacy, store operations, and human resources. She recently moved to Syracuse from Corning, NY and is excited to experience everything that Syracuse has to offer.
Laila Keysor is the Senior Staffing Manager for Wegmans Syracuse division. She has 26 years with Wegmans and extensive HR experience with roles as an Employee Advocate and Staffing and Training Coordinator. She has also lived and worked in three states with Wegmans. Originally from India, Laila will never get used to snow!
