The new season brings new technologies: Enviolo Automatic 4, more powerful solutions such as Trekking V4 (100 Nm) and Utility (120 Nm), as well as new opportunities for retailers to offer their customers the perfect shifting solution.

In our Enviolo retail training, you will learn everything you need to confidently explain, sell, install, and maintain Enviolo products.

We focus on quality over quantity: Two experienced trainers will guide a group of maximum 25 participants. In addition to theory, the focus is on hands-on experience , with real products, interactive workshops, and plenty of time for questions and knowledge exchange.

At the end of the day, you will leave the training as a certified Enviolo expert , ready to advise your customers with confidence and professionally support Enviolo systems.

In this interactive sales training, you will learn how to effectively present and sell the advantages of Enviolo shifting systems , with a special focus on Enviolo Automatic 4 and the new high-performance applications for Trekking, commuter and cargo bikes.

You will learn:

• how Enviolo technology works and which benefits it offers to your customers

• how to sell Enviolo Automatic systems

• how to explain the differences between manual and automatic shifting systems

• which solution is best suited for each bike type and application

• how to confidently answer customer questions and support purchasing decisions

Additionally, we will demonstrate how easily bikes can be retrofitted with Enviolo Automatic.

Who is it for? Ideal for sales representatives, bicycle mechanics, shop owners, and anyone with direct customer contact who wants to expand their Enviolo knowledge and become more confident in sales conversations.

This comprehensive training combines the content of the sales training with practical technical workshops.

In the morning, you will strengthen your understanding of the Enviolo product portfolio: from the fundamentals of the technology and the new Enviolo Automatic 4 systems to the powerful Trekking V4 (100 Nm) and Utility (120 Nm) solutions.

In the afternoon, it’s time for hands-on practice:
Through practical exercises, you will learn how to install, maintain, and efficiently troubleshoot Enviolo systems. You will work directly with our products and gain hands-on experience with manual shifting systems, automatic systems, and belt drives.
Who is it for? Primarily designed for bicycle mechanics and workshop managers, but also for anyone who wants to deepen their technical understanding of Enviolo products.

Language: This enviolo training session will be in English.

Parking: available at the venue.

Catering: Coffee, tea, water and snacks are included for snacks. Lunch is also provided.

Changes and cancellations: cancellations are possible until 4 weeks before the start of the event. Switching date or location is only possible more than 3 weeks in advance of the event.
