Restoring Waters & Nellie Francis Court Grand Opening and Open House

Almost 16 months to the day of the groundbreaking in January 2023, we are thrilled to welcome our partners back to celebrate the Grand Opening! Through trauma-informed design and wrap-around services, Restoring Waters will provide stability, growth, and healing to 60+ individuals and small families who have experienced homelessness. Nellie Francis Court will provide 75 apartments for low-income working individuals and families. Together, the projects will provide critical supportive and affordable housing to this historic St. Paul neighborhood.

Tours of Restoring Waters will begin in the lobby and will run every 15 minutes with the last tour leaving at 6:45 p.m. Tours run approximately 20 minutes.

Food trucks and family friendly activities - including an activity booth featuring Minnesota Aurora - will be available at the Civic Plaza directly southeast of Restoring Waters. Bring your own lawn chair or blanket for the Civic Plaza activities if desired.

Free on-street parking is available in Highland Bridge. Parking is limited, carpooling is encouraged. Restoring Waters and Nellie Francis Court are easily accessible by public transit.
