Restoring the Nervous System

Join us at a beatiful and peaceful nature envrionment in the hills of Agoura for a morning of nervous system recalibration including: mini lecture on the various nervous systrem dysregulation states and how to work with them, somatic movement, breathing practices, and sound healing.

The first part of the workshop will be led by Jacklynne Marder, a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in trauma heaing through EMDR and Somatic therapy ( JacklynneMarderPsychotherapy.com) . The sound healing journey will be led by Fairy Wolf Healing.
