Restoring Safety and Community through Presence
About this Event
This unique workshop will be co-facilitated by Jane Mulcahy, founder of The Heart Centre, and Scott Kelly, founder of Presence.
It will combine practices focusing on embodiment, attunement and presence with information on safety, attachment, types of trauma, manifestations of trauma, working with trauma survivors, the importance of self-care and the role of community in preventing and healing trauma.
During this workshop you will be invited to notice and further cultivate the direct experience of your deepest nature, your own felt sense of Presence, that which is the foundation and support for your own inner process and the healing quality you bring to any relationship.
