We will spend time in restful heart opening poses on the floor rekindling10 ways to feel gratitude on and off the mat. OPTIONAL TOUCH THERAPY WILL BE given on the head, shoulders, back of heart space and feet to deepen your relaxation and bliss with optional use of essential oils.
