About this Event
We are excited to create a space for all ladies who are interested in restoring and maintaining a healthy pelvic floor and learning life long tools and habits to maintain a healthy mind and body!
Dr. Natalie Dereka, PT, DPT, CLT, IHP will kick us off with education about our pelvic floor that every woman needs to know! We will go over its function, how breathing techniques can improve pelvic floor health and teach tricks we can implement daily to prevent pelvic floor issues.
Dr. Laura Rogers, PhD & Strength Coach will take you through a technique focused workout that supports a healthy pelvic floor and core to build strength and prevent injury.
Holistic Psychotherapist, Angela Bianco Smith, will be speaking on self care for new mamas who carry an unseen, unspoken mental load. We will end the session with cold brew and tips for mindful moments in your every day life!
