Restore with Reiki & Sound

Let yourself dissolve into a deeply restorative container of gentle energy and healing frequencies. Meeting on the third Wednesday of each month for 60 minutes, this immersive session combines the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls with the gentle, balancing touch of Holy Fire Reiki. Guided by Rabecca Rocco and Dr. Jessica Eckman of The Goddess Grove, the evening is designed to clear energetic blockages and quiet the nervous system. Because remaining entirely still on your back for an hour can feel challenging, optional supportive restorative yoga postures will be offered throughout the session, allowing you to gently shift and settle your physical body while continuing to receive the full benefits of the sound and energy work.
