Restore to Flow - Mindful Movement at MOVE Leesburg

You are invited to enjoy a mindful movement class at MOVE Leesburg - Leesburg’s newest premier event loft.

Your ticket will include one 60 minute Restore to Flow session with Rhonda Wilson.

Restore to Flow is designed so you can feel better in your body. It does this by blending moments of stillness with gentle breath focused movements. This approach releases tension, melts away feelings of stress, and increases range of motion so you can feel both flexible and grounded mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Stay after class to enjoy the event loft and make new friends.
