Join COIL Yoga Owner Katie Flinn for this 90 min journey into a restored mind/body being. We will balance the nervous system, restore ease and create some space for the heart and mind to relax.
This workshop will be held at the Academia de Arte Flamenco across from Fresno High. It is open to anyone who needs healing, support, connection and a new set of tools to manage the stress of being in the world today. We will explore Somatic Experiencing practices blended with therapeutic yoga postures. Registration is required 48 hours in advance.
Please bring: two blankets, yoga mat, water and a bolster if you have your own. I will provide props for those who request them.
Class is open to all levels of experience. Participants must be a minimum age of 16 to attend this class without a parent or guardian.
Workshop fee: $50.00
