Join Christine for a gentle restorative candle lit class. This class will help you relieve stress, calm your mind, and soften tension in your body, so that you can walk away feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and completely cared for.
You will be in comfortable poses for 5 minutes or longer while supported with bolsters, blankets, and blocks. This allows your body to physically, mentally, and emotionally unwind. This class is accessible for all levels.
