• A brief introduction to the breathwork method and time to set personal intentions.
• A 20-minute guided breathwork practice led by Anameti Usoro, certified breathwork facilitator.
• Time for reflection and sharing experiences in a supportive space.
• Relaxing neo-soul and chilled R&B music to create a soothing, soulful environment.
• Eye masks will be provided for those who would like to use them.
