Join Rita in a 2 hour deep dive into a practice of embodiment using Restorative yoga and Somatic Awareness.
During this practice we’ll take time to identify and release tension, notice our bodies habitual constriction patterns, as well as thoughts and emotions that are accompany them.
We’ll allow slow pace of movement and props take us deeper into the state of ease and stillness.
