Welcome to an afternoon of pure bliss!
This workshop is focused on releasing deep layers of tension stored in the physical and energetic body. A combination of restorative and gentle yoga poses to allow the mind and body to rejuvenate and return to a calmer, clearer state. Victoria will then guide you even deeper into the the inner body allowing even more to be released. This session is particularly effective for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness or for those who simply want to learn how to deeply relax.
Throughout the workshop Victoria will guide you through breathwork & relaxation. Ending the class with a guided yoga nidra whilst you’re wrapped up in blankets enabling you to float away to a deep state of relaxation.
