Restore & Nourish Workshop: The Sleep, Stress, Food & Energy Connection!!
When stress is high, sleep is disrupted, or nourishment is out of balance, energy, mood, focus, and overall well-being can quickly be affected. This workshop explores the powerful connection between the nervous system, sleep quality, food choices, and daily energy—helping you understand why you may feel wired, depleted, or stuck in survival mode, and what your body truly needs to restore balance.
Through a blend of engaging education, gentle movement to regulate the nervous system, meaningful conversation, and guided relaxation, you’ll experience practical ways to support deeper rest, steadier energy, and a greater sense of calm in everyday life.
This workshop will include education, conversation, meditation and gentle movement.
You’ll learn how to:
• Understand how stress and the nervous system influence sleep, appetite, and energy
• Recognize patterns that may be contributing to fatigue, cravings, restlessness, or burnout
• Explore how food choices can support steady energy and restorative sleep
• Practice simple, sustainable tools to improve sleep, regulate stress, and renew energy
Natasha Villeneuve CNP, Holistic Nutritionist & Nia Dance Fitness Instructor is dedicated to educating, guiding and empowering people toward optimal health and well-being. With over twenty years in the health and wellness industry, Natasha has gained a positive reputation within the community as a nutritional consultant, speaker, Nia teacher and workshop facilitator and has provided nutrition and health presentations for various businesses, corporations and events. Natasha is the lead educator for the Natural Food Pantry. Natasha Natasha's main focus and interest are in the areas of digestion, women’s health, mindful eating, movement, and brain health.
