As we transition into winter, this two-hour yoga workshop is crafted to help you restore and thrive, both physically and mentally. Guided by experienced Chromatic Yoga teacher Gráinne, participants will engage in a dynamic yet restorative practice designed to build resilience, balance, and inner strength. We’ll start with energizing flows that strengthen the body and enhance mental fortitude, then transition into calming, restorative poses to unwind daily stresses. This workshop is for all levels and offers the option to share any specific areas or concerns you’d like addressed for a more personalized experience.

Winter is a time when our bodies and minds naturally begin to slow down. “Restore and Thrive” is a specially crafted two-hour yoga workshop designed to help participants maintain balance and nurture resilience throughout this seasonal shift. Led by Gráinne, a Chromatic Yoga teacher known for her creative fluidity and precise alignment cues, the workshop will guide you through a journey that strengthens both body and mind.
