Restore and Renew

Join Brianna, Andre, and Hanna in taking a sacred pause to rejuvenate your body and soul and restore your reserves. Brianna will guide a mellow movement experience for all levels, including gentle and restorative yoga, sweet stretching, deep breathing and meditation. Andre opens the portals of sound vibrations utilizing sacred instruments such as Himalayan and crystal bowls, a gong, rattle, buffalo drum, and didgeridoo to support breaking up stagnation, promote deep relaxation, and uplift intentions for healing. Hanna will share a water healing ritual to promote balance and flow.

This experience is geared towards releasing anxiety and tension, accessing ease in body and mind, and creating space for rejuvenation and reflection.

A suggested donation of $20-$50 for the event. Any and all amounts will be received with love and gratitude.
