Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath - Sara & Ryan

This deeply relaxing experience begins with Restorative Yoga, where you'll be guided into gentle, fully supported poses designed to help release tension and quiet the mind. Using blankets, bolsters, straps, mats, and other props, you'll be invited to settle into comfort while your body gradually softens with the support of gravity and stillness.
Throughout the practice, you'll be encouraged to notice where you're holding stress, reconnect with your body, and let go of the demands of daily life. There is no need to push, stretch deeply, or strive. This class is about finding ease, presence, and rest.
The experience concludes with a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, metal singing bowls, and other therapeutic sound instruments. As you rest comfortably, layers of resonant tones create an immersive soundscape that invites deep relaxation and meditation. Many participants leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to themselves.
