We will combine the soothing sounds and healing of the singing bowls with healing restorative supported yoga poses leaving you feeling relaxed and restored.
Vibrational sound therapy combines both sound and vibrations from therapeutic zen Himalayan and crystal singing bowls at varying frequencies to achieve a soothing effect on the mind, body and spirit. The sound and vibrations together quiet the busy mind and a sense of calm quickly overcomes the body.
Restorative yoga is a practice that involves placing the body in nurturing, supported postures for an extended period of time which allows the body to gently open and relax.
