This Holiday season, we've prepared beautiful restorative events to help you take one day at a time, reflect on the year in passing, and remember what you're here for.
After calming breathwork, Lola will lead a thoughtful series of restorative yoga poses to re-align your posture, while encouraging the release of physical tension, stress, scattered mind, and anxiety.
Every restorative pose lasts about 15 minutes and is an opportunity to practice meditation, pranayama, or affirmations. The experience is accompanied by a Brain-nurturing Hz playlist.
In each pose, you will receive a healing touch of Reiki, a Japanese holistic therapy that enhances softening of the body for energy flow release. During Reiki, the brain goes into an alpha state similar to that experienced during meditation.
You may feel sensations in the body such as heat or tingling. Some people see visualizations, colors, or pictures or have memories appear. Try to allow whatever arises to pass without attaching too much meaning to it. Your senses become more profound the more you continue with reiki.
