Join us for a blissful experience of gentle yoga poses, deep relaxation, and energy healing.
This class is designed to help you release tension, restore balance, connect to your body and mind and take some much needed rest.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Poses are easy and gentle and modifications are offered throughtout class.
I use essential oils throughout class to aid in relaxation and class finishes with deep relaxation and Reiki healing touch (totally optional)
