Join Farrah and Mira for a nourishing practice of self love. ❤️ Treat yourself to 2 full hours of relaxing supported restorative poses with Farrah guiding your body and mind into a state of peaceful ease, while basking in the vibrations of Mira’s healing live music. You will leave this practice feeling loved, held, cherished and serene. When you practice self love you are more capable, more able, to wish that on others, to support one another, and to find inner peace.
Props, including bolsters and blankets, will be available for use.
