This Class is held on Mondays and will start up this Fall on 10/17. This is a Yoga Class suitable for any fitness level. The Class will include seated chair Yoga stretches, standing balance postures and breathing exercises. The Class closes with meditation and drumming. The Class is held in the Love and Light Center or outside weather permitting. Fee is 10$ pp per class. The instructor Jewell M.
