*** Please note that physical tickets are not given for any of our classes or events so if anyone comments they have tickets to sell they are lying and might be trying to scam folks... 😔Restorative Yoga can be described as chamomile honey vibes for the mind, body and soul. It is a very gentle, healing practice. We will be lying on the floor in very comfortable positions as we breathe deeply. (All positions can be adapted to your comfort level.) Restorative yoga has been shown to calm the mind, relax the body and lower blood pressure. Join Crystal for an hour of calming your nervous systems through the practice of restorative yoga.
All fitness levels encouraged. Beginners welcome!

You will need a yoga mat or towel, a bolster or 2 fluffy pillows and 2-3 blankets.
Crystal Waldron is an AZ native, mom to human and fur children and a yoga teacher focused on classes that calm the body’s delicate nervous systems in order to navigate in today’s challenging world.
Limited parking available behind the church. On Saturdays, Sundays and evenings ONLY parking is available at the doctors office parking lot located on the NW corner of 15th Ave and Encanto Blvd or at Encanto Park
