Join us for a most relaxing meditative yoga experience including singing bowls sound energy. All levels welcome. Bath in restoration poses and sound. Great evening class to relax and restore. Bring yoga mat, water, eye pillow, blanket,and or pillow. Some props like bolsters, blankets, or block will be available to borrow( only a few) This class will start promptly at 5pm and is 50 minutes long. I will have lavender eye pillows for sale $10 each.
