Restorative Yoga

In the restorative Mukti Yoga class, we begin with mantras to help relax the mind which is followed by gentle asanas based on an Integral Yoga Flow. We work with pranayama (yogic breathing) throughout to further enhance the relaxation of the mind and body. We end the class with a half hour, lying down guided meditation. You leave feeling like you spent the day at the spa.

*Yoga mats are provided, however, we encourage you to bring your own for comfort.

About Brahmani

Brahmani is a certified Mukti Yoga Teacher, having studied with Gita Ma and graduating from Aum Ashram in 2002. She received her Reiki Master from Aum Ashram in 2007. She has been blessed to have further training with Swami Ma Chetan Jyoti in learning the art of mantras and Bhakti Yoga. Brahmani received further yogic training in Babaji Kriya Yoga in Quebec. To enhance a deeper relaxation in meditation and self discovery, Abigail received her certification in Advanced Crystal Healing from the Crystal Lotus in 2008, the benefits of which she shares with her students.
