Join Hot Spot Power Yoga and Painting with a Twist for an afternoon of self care and expression. We will begin with a 45 minute restorative yoga practice and then move next door to Painting with a Twist for a short meditation and painting class. Hors d' oeuvres and wine will be provided; you are welcome to bring a drink and snack of choice if you prefer. Come alone or grab your crew; you don't want to miss this event.
