Join us every Monday evening at Shakti House OKC/Cosmic Flora for an evening of restorative yoga w/ Keme.
This deeply nourishing class is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, calm your mind, release physical tension, and soothe your emotions. Keme will gently guide you through a restorative yoga practice, offering a sanctuary for stillness and clarity.
Through this intentional and transformative practice, you will have the opportunity to connect with your dharma, or life purpose, by creating space to quiet the mind, body, and emotions. Allow your inner wisdom to shine as you embrace the power of rest, reflection, and renewal.
We provide mats, blankets, and a peaceful environment—just bring water and an open heart, and let the journey unfold.
