This special event will start with 60 minutes of Restorative Yoga as a gentle therapeutic practice designed to release tension and calm the nervous system. Then, GG will guide you through a 30-minute Sound Bath with quartz bowls to heal the body, mind, and spirit. This is a gentle and relaxing class for all levels of yogis.
Restorative Yoga is a passive, meditative, ground-based practice that promotes stillness and relaxation through long static-held postures while softening the muscles. It targets connective tissues (fascia, joints, tendons, ligaments) to create more space and flexibility. It invites you to slow down and cultivate a more intimate relationship with your body, breath, and mind.
