Event: Restorative Yoga for FertilityDescription: Join us for 5 weekly relaxing and rejuvenating session of restorative yoga, specially designed to support fertility. Whether you are trying to conceive or simply looking to de-stress, this event is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their overall well-being.
Classes are Wednesdays from 6pm-8pm

Come and unwind with us at this serene studio for a yoga session specifically for individuals currently on a fertility journey. This class focuses on gentle poses and relaxation techniques to help balance your emotions, nervous system & hormones. No prior yoga experience is required - all mats and props provided!
Classes are taught by:
Christina Aaron, BSc. - 10+ years experience teaching yoga & Patient Care Coordinator at Olive Fertility Kelowna.
