Restorative Yoga is a calm, meditative yoga practice. It is called “restorative” because it focuses on healing and relaxation by holding simpler yoga poses for longer periods of time, which creates a deeper stretch and aids in healing by releasing tension. It is an excellent form of exercise for both the body and mind. Restorative yoga will have you truly feeling at peace.
