Deep breathing, intention setting and supported postures. Please dress in warm layers along with a cozy pair of socks. Bring a pillow and a blanket to this practice as we are going to settle in, get comfortable and stay for a while. Assistance will be offered for propping and modifying each posture. Tam will hold space for anyone who wishes to say a little longer to meditate and/or journal.
