Emilee and Reya alternate weekly to teach a 50-minute restorative class after our morning open workday practice. This donation-based class is open to all skill levels. Please bring your own outdoor mat, strap, bolster or blanket, and sturdy blocks if you have them. We do have some extras for use.
Our farmstand will be open afterwards, so you can support the farm and take home fresh produce or botanical products, if you wish.
Proceeds from this class will be used to help fund the EBT program we facilitate at our farmstand and the Woodstock Farm Fresh Market. If you wish to make a donation, please use the ticket link on this event and pay at checkout to reserve your spot, make a cash donation at the farmstand in our jar, or paypal/venmo [email protected] to help support this work.
Workday participants are not expected to contribute $ to this, and are encouraged to join in.
