Rest is a right, not a reward. Your whole human person needs rest (and restoration) to live fully in the world.Join us for a 75-minute yoga class focused on gentle, deep, supported poses to help you reset your body and mind. The class will include a short guided meditation.
Please bring a bolster and blanket in addition to your yoga mat. If you do not have a bolster or yoga mat, we have some for use during class.
This class is $20 per person.
