We are so excited to offer this deeply restorative experience that blends yoga with the healing vibrations of sound therapy. Join us for a workshop that begins with a grounding practice before easing into a series of long-held, supported Yin and Restorative postures. These gentle stretches target areas where stress is commonly stored —neck, shoulders, hips, and lower back-encouraging deep release and relaxation.
Throughout the practive, Keisha will create a soundscape with crystal quartz and Tibetan singing bowls, Solfeggio pipes, and a gong. The calming frequencies will resonate through the body, melting away tension, clearing energy blockages, and soothing the nervous system, leaving you with a profound sense of peace.'
