Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing

Join Sarah and Samantha for a night to relax your body and mind. During our two hours together Sarah will lead you through restorative and supportive yoga poses designed to help you feel rested and restored before heading into the week ahead. While resting in these gentle yoga postures Samantha will help your mind unwind with the soothing sounds and vibrations from a variety of instruments.

These techniques coupled together create a unique a deep state of relaxation in both body and mind by utilizing specific frequencies that alter brain activity by dropping you into the calmer brain waves of Alpha and Theta. This shift from an active state to a more relaxed, dreamlike state can slow your breath cycle, heart rate, and even reduce blood pressure. It can also trigger the release of feel-good chemicals in the brain balancing the nervous system while increasing flexibility, encouraging healing and recovery.
