Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath Journey

This class is designed for harmonious restoration that will help you cultivate deep relaxation and meditative rejuvenation. You will be gently guided through supported poses and breathwork so you may find restful ease in the body. This relaxed state will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of an immersive sound journey. Connect to a renewed sense of purpose as you are guided to reflect on where you have been and determine where you are going, feeling grounded, clear, and refreshed.
