A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. You will be gently guided through a few supported poses so you may find restful ease in the body. This relaxed state will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of an immersive sound bath. We will use lots of props for support including blocks, a bolster, a blanket and an eye mask. A scented, candlelit evening of restorative yoga and sound bath will help you cultivate deep relaxation and meditative rejuvenation.
