Drop into a deeply relaxing journey of yoga and sound. You’ll be supported by props and pillows so your body can release stress and tension. Poses will last 3-5 minutes and you’ll be guided to focus on your breath. This is perfect for beginners 🌸
During the session Felicia from Lavender lotus will play her beautiful alchemy singing bowls. These are meant to bring the body back to harmony and balance. The sound nourishes every cell of your body.
