Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

Join us for a gentle evening of rest, grounding, and renewal.

This free, one-hour community offering begins with restorative yoga, guided by Victoria of Made of Clay Healing. The practice will focus on slowing down, releasing tension, and supporting the nervous system through fully supported, floor-based postures and mindful breath. No prior yoga experience is needed.

The evening will then transition into a crystal bowl sound bath, lovingly facilitated by Sage Mama Lainie, who will bless the space with the healing vibrations of chakra tuned crystal sound bowls. As you rest comfortably, the sound will invite deep relaxation, integration, and a sense of calm presence.

This offering is an invitation to pause, soften, and tend to yourself... creating space for restoration, clarity, and inner balance.

*if you have your own mat, thick blanket, 2 blocks, & bolster or thick pillow, please bring them.
